I currently reside at Peninsula 88 in Washington, DC, and I must say that First Residential has proven to be an outstanding property management company, with special recognition to our General Manager, Erin Tobin. Having lived in various apartments and condos throughout my life, I can confidently state that Erin's level of dedication and professionalism is truly exceptional. Erin Tobin stands out as a General Manager who goes above and beyond to ensure the seamless operation of the building and the overall satisfaction of its residents. Unlike my experiences with other property managers, Erin consistently communicates important updates, keeping residents well-informed and fostering a sense of community within Peninsula 88. What sets Erin apart is her unwavering commitment to a customer-focused approach. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Save yourself a headache and do NOT use First Service Residential. Our portfolio manager, Rick, doesnt respond to any emails. Weve had an active water leak for months that he has still not provided an action plan or resolution timeline for. First Service is stealing our fee at this point because they are totally worthless and negligent with the properties they manage.
