PAINT Nail Bar Bethesda

Every manicure Ive gotten here has been better than any others Ive gotten in Bethesda. I think the environment, the quality of service, as well as how friendly and helpful everyone is makes it a place to easily return to. I think they really do put in the time and effort to show how much they care about each individual customer. Edit as of 3/22/24: it definitely depends on the nail tech you get. I usually work with Jasmine and I recently went in and she wasnt available. Was incredibly disappointed with my most recent appointments there. Usually Ive never had an issue but the past time the other tech did a poor job on my toes and an even sloppier job on my manicure this time. I ended up going home to clean it up myself and likely will have to pay to have it redone somewhere else during my vacation due to how uneven it is. The front desk and overall service is still fantastic, but I would definitely recommend booking a specific tech with positive reviews online.

I typically patronize the Paint Nail Bar in Annapolis and I have never had any issues. The customer service, services and overall experience always surpasses my expectations. I guess those ladies have set the bar a little too high. After paying for the most expensive pedicure they offer and, sitting for 20 minutes to let my toes dry (without the tech using the LED light like the website says) I left with chipped and poorly painted toes. I was only offered water not a mimosa or wine even though there were bottles behind the counter. Although I live in Frederick I will never return to this location. I will continue to travel to Annapolis where I always have a pleasurable experience. My friend who also came with me paid for dazzle dry and left with chipped nails as well.

My mom and I treated ourselves to manis and pedis while she was in town visiting. I was worried about parking (because the salon is located in Bethesda) but there was parking out front and a garage near by making it easily accessible and its right next to Trader Joes (a bonus if you need to do some grocery shopping ). Upon arrival, Valerie and Cassidy were friendly and welcoming. They offered us beverages while we picked out our colors. Im a breastfeeding mom so Im cognizant on what kind of products I put in and, on my body, (nail polish is no different). So I love that all their products are non-toxic. Its also reassuring when the salon doesnt have that nasty chemical smell that most nail salons have. The friendliness continued with the nail techs which is refreshing. I always find it awkward if the nail techs dont or wont engage in conversation. The salon has a high end feel but feels cozy. I LOVE the wallpaper in the bathroom If you are looking for a place where they care about you from the products, they use to the conversations they have with you, you must go to PAINT Nail Bar. I'll definitely be going back!

What a fantastic spot with a wonderful crew! Valerie and Cassidy are amazing, warm, and welcoming. My wife and my mother-in-law had an amazing experience with their mani-pedi. The place is very clean, chic, and has plenty of natural light, which is great. I can't recommend this place more!

I'm so happy I found Paint Nail Bar! I'm so grateful they opened a location in Bethesda! The store/environment is so clean and fun. I did a pedicure last weekend and my feet have never been so soft. The color still has yet to chip. It was such a lovely time that I have already book many future appointments and plan to bring friends and family for upcoming holiday celebrations.
