Julia was a superlative realtor from start to finish. She knew the ins and outs of every neighborhood we were interested in. She would get back to us quickly with answers to all of our questions. We worked with her for over a year since we were new to the area and weren't sure where we wanted to settle. She was patient and understanding, polite and communicative, reliable and took initiative. Her team was also wonderful and supportive. We would absolutely recommend Julia and the Banner team to anyone!

Julia is the best and I cant recommend her enough (and have several times)! I couldnt have bought my house without her. My first offer was accepted, which is unheard of, and was completely due to Julias expertise. Each time I found myself stressing through the process or getting overwhelmed, Julia and her team answered all my questions and preemptively called me to answer questions I didnt know I had. Such a great experience and now I have my dream home!
