We went to Carlos Durana at A Caring Approach for couples therapy and it was a great experience. We learn how to better communicate, and how to heal in a healthy way. We put in practice all the tools that he gave us every day. We definitely recommend A Caring Approach!

Dr. Durana is amazing! He not only is great to talk with but he provides you with tools that you integrate when you are not with him. He gives a holistic approach and has a unique focus on mind-body connection. Provides tools/coping skills that you can incorporate within your personal and interpersonal relationships. In my experience, disease in the body correlates to dis-Ease in the mind and spirit. Dr. Carlos Durana provided space for me to safely explore connections between signs and signals in my body, present day stressors, and past trauma. Undergirded by mind/body principles, Dr. Durana applied a wholistic approach as he skillfully guided my healing. I am grateful to Dr. Durana for his kindness and expertise.
