I started with CBDx as an intern in the summer of 2020 and since have joined the team as a full-time marketing coordinator. I've been with CBDx for a total of a year and a half and it truly has been the best experience I've ever had with an employer. The atmosphere is close knit, supportive and collaborative. The leadership is accessible at all times and is professional and understanding. This team truly values creativity and delivering great work, and allows great flexibility to team members in order for each to be in their ideal environment to deliver their best quality work.

I had a very uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional job interview with this "firm." I was told in my interview that if I worked with them, I would have to cease doing any freelance work (which is not completely unheard of), but then they said I would have to GIVE them my clients? There was no mention of compensation for said clients, and I expressed that this was an important part of my income and I would have to think about it. The CEO indicated that I should have considered going to a less expensive graduate program (which i'm not sure has to do with anything?). The entire situation made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and it was an indication that they may be lacking in business/clients. Please be cautious when applying for any positions here.
