I wouldn't recommend him at all. I was considering changing my auto insurance and I had a friend who was going to switch their policy over to this person. I could not get a hold of him by calling, texting or standing at his front door ringing his door bell for over an hour. He treats folks in a unprofessional way.

He is terrible, I highly recommend everyone go with ANYBODY else but him.  I called, texted and knocked on his door of his office at his address and he never reached out to connect or talk to me.  Terrible unprofessional jerk.  Honestly, I would give him no stars but obviously we cannot do that.
