The USILAW team helped me with the N400 Naturalization process. Over all the service experience has been very bad with the USI law attorneys.
1. In the beginning before the contract was established USI law sent a Welcome email and as per the email they can be reached any time over the phone or emails for consultation however you will be taken by surprise that once the contract was signed they refused to even once on the phone and the email responses were not adequate and misleading.
2. No ownership and accountablity shown by the staff, There was no guidance provided by the attorney staff.
3. Extremly stingy even for the documents which can be sent by soft copies and printed by them they forced the clients to take print outs and courier them over the fedex, Even for simple things like pasport print outs they had the client to take the print out and courier them, If every thing has to be done by the client that waht was the use of paying the fees as this should have been included in the services.
4. The staff is bully, They never give you straight answers and you almost feel that you are threatned by them.
5. Non accomodative - ANy request you put forward they give you a price tag.
6. No follow ups - They never followed up on the case with the USCIS. And they give you templated answers when you try to enquire.
7. Mismanaged the case and filed the case in the wrong category and when enquired they gave wage answers.
8. No guidance provided on how to build a strong case. All documentation is done by the client and they didn't proof check on the documentstion including the language and grammer mistakes.
9. Not sure what was covered in the price if all and every thing had to be done by the client.
Over all a bad experience and will never recommend them to any one.
