        The location and overall stay were acceptable, however there were a couple of things that brought the experience down. 1. Cleanliness. When we entered our room we smelled a foul odor in the bathroom. Upon inspection, we found that someone had left their undergarment on top of the towels. This makes me question whether or not the room was thoroughly cleaned. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room was not working. 2. Undisclosed charge. When we checked in at the hotel, we were told by a front desk staff that the parking was free. We later noticed the charge on our credit card, and when I called in, there were no efforts to resolve the issue.
