I would suggest you pick a different agency. Some nurses lack skills and are lazy, the coordinator Shalawn doesnt take your case serious she claims every nurse is great and when they come to your home they lack skill or dont understand basic directions. Nurses call out last minute or they quit when you tell them they did something wrong because they don't like being corrected because they are too sensitive or they like being lazy. I have nurses on camera not caring for my son properly and I also have them on camera sleeping or just not paying attention to my child and then I have to go out there and care for him myself. Ive had one nurse get upset because I wanted to put my son to sleep rather than her do it and she claimed I was being rude which Im not understanding how Im being rude if I want to hold my child. I honestly think she just didnt want to be there so she made excuses to quit. The nurse manager Ariel is a joke honestly. When you complain to him about one of the nurses he doesnt do anything at all. I had a nurse come into my home and kept calling my son a girl after I told he was a boy and her response was well he looks like a girl. Another nurse came and told me I needed to get a better seat for her to sit in so could relax a little while watching my child. This is not a vacation this a job and when we left the hospital they informed us DO NOT GET A LOUNGE SEAT FOR THE NURSES BECAUSE THEY WILL SLEEP. My son has a trach why would you be relaxing when he can pull his trach out and possibly code. I had another nurse come and after I gave her directions and wrote everything she still didnt understand and knocked on my room door all night for help. Another nurse came and told me she didnt need any help because she knew how to take care of trach babies but then didnt know how to work a vent or anything and kept calling phone all night for help. This agency of nurses are careless and they are only after money. The real carelessness came from Ariel the nurse manager and another nurse they were doing strings on my child and pulled his trach out and didnt even know he pulled it out. I saw my son dstating and gasping for air, I had to rush over and push him out the way to save my child (which I have all on camera) please choose another company. Another came and she just sleeps and i took photos of her sleeping and the agency actually took up for her saying she cold and not sleeping, when she had the covers over her head and everything. My insurance pays for nurses to go to appointments and I never have a nurse to go. Some of the nurses were not following my childs medication dosing correctly and gave him too much of his medication. Other nurses act like they dont wanna do anything but be on their phones all night and not tend to your child. I'm actually trying to be nice and not post all the photos and video footage that I have of the nurses doing such a terrible job.

They dont have any nursing at all. I havent had a nurse in two weeks. And the nurses they do have are lazy, and barely wanna come to work. Or end up quitting. This agency is so unprofessional and unorganized.
