Back in the mid 80's I was part of a subcontract to rehabilitate this house. And turn it into a bank. Chevy Chase as I recall. What a shame it is abandoned!

I wish there was something here but the house is abandon which is a shame for #montgomerycounty as this is an important landmark for the war and this house was built a very long time ago, the pond nearby has 100 year old snapping turtles as its been able to exist since Samuel M. Used it for grazing cows and then point of communication during the war. Wish the Magruter Family would push the county to do something with this space as its so much more important and tells so much more historically about this zip code than anything else nearby. I hope the lot isnt for sale!
