        I can't recommend this place highly enough. Ema is my go-to person for cuts--she is so knowledgeable and patient...and doesn't get too mad at me for cutting my own hair. The owner of the salon is a super nice guy--all around pleasant atmosphere and also really close to the Metro, as well as ample parking! Go there now.
