Coming from the LA Fitness in Rockville this gym is a massive upgrade, so I will give credit where its due, how ever, Daniel Bathea is incompetent at his job, I have emailed him numerous times about a missing pair of dumbbells which after 2 MONTHS, are yet to be replaced. The new squat rack and bar they added suck, and recently a bench broke. The workers are very nice, Lego man in particular is a great employee. The problem with the club is its utter disregard for the condition of its weight room, none of the benches are bolted in place, so they are frequently slanted and not properly centered, the pull up bar is not bolted either not is the T bar row, if you take weight training wether it be bodybuilding or powerlifting stay clear of this gym, its made for the old people who come to dance around and go home. This gym has very good potential, the older bars are rouge which is a very high quality brand that manufactures gym equipment. To summarize, a gym which isnt catered for people who want to lift seriously, your concerns will go unanswered and unfixed by management, and equipment that has been brought in from other clubs or that is second hand and in need of replacement. Steer clear until proper management arrive

I recently joined with high hopes of achieving my fitness goals and enjoying a positive workout experience. However, my time at this gym has been nothing short of disappointing. I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others who are considering becoming members. The new management at particularly David Aleman, has displayed a concerning lack of communication with the members. Important updates or changes to gym policies are not adequately communicated, leaving members confused and uninformed. This lack of transparency and failure to keep members in the loop is highly unprofessional. Under the new management, the level of customer service has significantly declined. Complaints and concerns are often met with indifference or brushed off entirely. David Aleman and the management team seem disinterested in addressing member issues, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. Suggestions and feedback from members are often ignored or dismissed by the new management. By failing to actively listen and address member concerns, David Aleman and the management team are displaying an unprofessional attitude that disregards the importance of member satisfaction and improvement of services. In conclusion, the unprofessional nature of the new management, including David Aleman, is evident through their lack of communication, poor customer service, unreliable scheduling, inadequate staff training, and disregard for member feedback. These issues create a negative and frustrating experience for gym members and should be taken into consideration before joining

Beware!!! I signed up last year because my son who was under the age wanted to workout there since we are so close. They place wasnt what I expected. Hours of operation wasnt enough so we decided to cancel. After cancellation I found out my son who wasnt able to join at the time without adult was charged monthly fee. I called WSC and they claim that the account was separate and I cancelled my account only and not my son. Here is my argument, my account was set up with my credit card but I did not set up account for my son. When father and son sets up account you would think its one account. When I canceled you would think its for both of us since I was lead to believe its one account. Bad business and I would not recommend WSC.

Well located with plenty of parking spaces. The gym itself is adequate with sufficient space and most importantly not crowded. Equipment is not new however not too old either.
