        Ordered a bouquet to be sent to my wife at work. To ensure the flowers made it there during her shift I paid to have them priority delivered before 1 pm. I had not heard anything by 3 pm, and called customer service to get an ETA. I was made aware during my call that they didnt have the flowers to complete my order. There was no communication at any point from Blossom. There was no phone call, voicemail, or email before me having to call to find out they couldnt even complete the order. They said they could deliver it the following day and theyd give me 10 dollars back in compensation and a voucher for another order. At that point I did not want to do business with this company.

        I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday on the day of her birthday. I asked if they could be delivered that day and was told that they could. My daughter received her flowers that afternoon & called to tell me that they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. I will certainly order from this florist again in the future.

Firstly, we tried searching your first name, last name, and full name in our system and we have no record of an order with this name. We also do not charge for priority delivery and do not offer vouchers on any future orders as we have no way to track them in our system. We also spoke to all our staff members, and no one has a recollection of a situation like the one you described. Is it possible that you ordered from Blossom Flower Delivery instead?
