Pretty disappointed by this practice. I have a host of health issues that i went in for test results. I got tested in the office and got my results within a few days. Some of the results were concerning (from my limited perspective) and I reached out on 2/27. The practice didn't respond until 3/17. Even if the results were "on the cusp" i would expect my PCP team to be in good communication with me. 3 weeks to respond to my concerns is absolutely unacceptable. If you want a place to go and be able to do tests on the spot-- this is the place. But if you have any amount of potential health issues and looking for proactive, and committed PCP-- this is not the place. Slow to respond and not very concerned about you.

Although Dr Gray is wonderful, her billing office is the most frustrating and uncommunicative one Ive ever encountered. The lack of professionalism gives plenty enough reason to avoid going to this office. Save yourself the headache. I hope Dr Grays office takes this feedback seriously and puts a better system in place for its patients.

Prior to my situation with this office I loved going here. I came in to get a TB test and the assistant gave me some type of shot. I hadnt thought anything of it at first I thought that it was a new form of technology to conduct a TB test. I cant recall now if I came in or sent a picture (per the offices suggestion that I could). However, when it was time to get the test results read another individual was reading it. She knew something was not right because she asked for clarification on the location. When I informed her of where the previous person had given me a shot she didnt do the professional or medical ethical thing and inform me that what I received was not a TB test. Instead she wrote the test was negative and sent me on my way. Then when I had to come in to get a TDAP shot that is when the doctor noticed something was oddand she came in and said they gave me a shot and not a TB test. According to herthey dont have record of what the medication was they gave me. She asked if it burned and said it was probably TDAP. This is malpractice all around. I understand wanting to cover your colleague but it definitely came at the cost to the patient. How can you be in a patient centered environment and do something like that? I never came here again and this was perhaps in early 2023 about February or January. Highly disappointed and to this day I still dont know what it was I got a shot with. They still signed off my paperwork saying I was TB negative even though I never got it. The doctor stated I probably didnt have to get the actual test. But, I went to another doctors office and got that and a TDAP anyway. After this experience I learned that I couldnt trust the people in this office. They were more concerned about covering their butts than doing what is right for the patient. At the end of the day the patient suffers for their mistakes. I dont understand how you dont have documentation of what was given ????? Luckily this wasnt a hospital setting because mistakes like these time and time again have led to patient deaths in the hospital realm. This is really an unfortunate situation and I wouldnt recommend going to this office if I were you. We are human we make accidental mistakes but if you are going to intentionally cover up something that can be considered malpracticethere is huge problem.
