        The DBT skills group with Marjorie Kreppel will change your life, if you put the work in. The group meets weekly, and Marjorie thoroughly goes over all of the material, while also allowing for group member interaction. She allows time for questions and input from all group members, and the amount of participation is up to each individual. The work is tough and thought-provoking and ultimately, very rewarding. If you are truly committed to learning the skills and applying them to your life, you will see results. I feel like I've been given a chance to live my life with a whole new set of tools, and I honestly didn't think it was possible. I am eternally grateful to and for Marjorie and the DBT skills group.

        After spending $1250 did not experienced any progress in my condition . No relevant solutions was found . Still back to square one having to see by myself how to fix my chronic anxiety crises .

Our skilled therapists bring many years of experience from a wide variety of specialty areas. It is our philosophy that many clients can benefit from specific tools, and then use those tools in their everyday life. Therefore, we do our best to keep the need to be in therapy brief. Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. At CCM, we provide support and guidance, while helping you navigate the changes you want in your life. When a client comes to us for counseling, we strive to provide the skills and tools for making (and maintaining) significant life changes."
