I have worked with Randstad in the past and have had nothing but great job positions and opportunities through them. When I was in the job market again recently, I reached out to Randstad immediately. They matched me up with a job opportunity that was a great match right away. Nicole and Francesca in the Bethesda branch were very helpful and resourceful, and I would recommend Randstad to anyone!

The first I contacted Randstad in Maryland (Bethesda) was in October 2017. No follow up, very difficult to get a call back and no placement. Fast forward to now and once again I had to call three time before getting a call back. Emailed my resume and still not return call. I NEVER had this problem in North Carolina, Ive worked with Randstad since 2008 and have a very great working relationship with them. At this point Im forced to break away this relationship specifically due to the lack of professionalism at the Bethesda MD location. I do not recommend them. Go to Sparks Group, they are a great staffing agency.

Randstad has made my job search easy! I submitted an application for a position that was listed through Randstad and the next day I heard from Nicole, the Market Manager, for Randstad. Nicole asked thorough questions during my interview with her to make sure she understood my interests, experience and what I wanted out of my next employment opportunity. A week to the day after my interview with Nicole I had my first day of work with a company that matched my criteria!

Problems I have had with Randstad Finance & Accounting ( I will be repeating myself) A. I have had several people call me from Randstad within the past 2 months but they NEVER follow through or return calls. All 5 of these people have said the same thing....they are new with Randstad and what opportunities am I looking for. I tell them and that it, never hear from them again. B. I have mentioned to each Placement Agent that calls me from Randstad about others from Randstad contacting me BUT not one has ever contacted me back after their initial telephone call. C. Last week (WE 8/9/13), another placement Agent from Randstad called me because an aquaintance recommend me to them and forwarded her my resume. The young lady called me and all she did was find fault in my Resume. She then admitted that she was new and Randstad does has a very large Turnover in Staff. I was truly surprised at this. Why call if you have nothing positive to say OR have a position available. If I worked for Ranstad as a Placement Agent I WOULD NEVER INSULT A POTENTIAL CLIENT/CUSTOMER, NEVER. D. I have applied for positions that Randstad had posted on their website but it is always the same "That position has been filled". E. I have had 2 young women called me in the past and they admitted they had not taken the time to review my Resume.....WHAT??? All I am saying is this, I realize that I am looking for employment and I did apply for a position that was posted on your website BUT if you are going to call me please take the time to review my resume, if you have something available please take the time to review my resume and if you can't say something positive about me or anyone why are you calling? Pease don't say you will call me back and you never do. And last but not least, when you do call call please don't insult me or my Resume. This has happend so offen I cannot count. A suggestion, maybe Randstad should hire a Placement Staff with experience and they should know how to talk to people, maybe they will stay longer and establish a good work force. I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to.
