Rachel is a certified trainer. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and patient. She creates realistic expectations for both you and your dog. Her positive reinforcement strategies have tremendously helped our dog inside and outside of our home. She is "paws down" one of the best trainers in the DC area!

I scheduled time for Cookie and I with Rachel as soon as Cookie came home with me almost 2 years ago. It was great being able to work with her in my home as a young puppy (less distractions) and then as Cookie matured we got her out and about to work on her confidence. I use everything Rachel taught me on a daily basis and when Cookie sees the clicker come out she gets laser focused on me and whatever skill we are going to work on. Rachel is a delight to work with and she clearly loves her work.definitely the pup whisperer.

In my opinion, Rachel just might be the best pet trainer in Montgomery County. Her dog training is 100% positive reinforcement, so you know every technique she uses is actually rewarding for your pup. In the first session consult, she observes your dog's behaviors and listens to what outcomes you want to have so that your lessons are completely customized for your specific situation.
Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and she's passionate about helping dogs and their owners succeed. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help her clients. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a dog trainer in the greater Bethesda area!

Rachel worked with our Vizsla puppy, Cate the Great, and was patient and kind with us and Cate! She uses positive reinforcement training and makes sure we understand the reasons for commands and ways to reinforce it. She wants you to work with her as she teaches you and your dog what you and they need for success!
