My twelve year son had an appointment scheduled, and upon our arrival, we were informed the appointment had been cancelled three weeks prior. Unfortunately, I did no receive any form of communication, whether it be an email or a text message, regarding this change. The receptionist explained that they had left a voicemail to notify us, and asserted it was my problem if I didnt check my messages. When I expressed my concern regarding the lack of efforts to ensure proper communication with patients, I received a rather aggressive response. The receptionist repeatedly urged me to have a great day in a dismissive manner and eventually, in a rather condescending tone, wished me to have the day I truly deserve. Such behavior from staff at a healthcare practice is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to this disappointing experience and evident lack of respect for patients time and concerns, I will never return to this particular dermatology practice.

Dr. Yu is incredible. Patient, kind, listens to you and is highly skilled. Highest recommendations, especially if you are prone to skin cancers.

Dr. Yu has a great bedside manner. He listens and immediately takes care of your concerns. Ive been seeing him for years. I feel happy and lucky to have such a wonderful dermatologist.
