10 Years after using them for a very expensive renovation, I am still dealing with expensive repairs due to water issues due to poor workmanship. Michael's response was that the one year Warranty was expired so not his problem. I feel scammed.

I bought a 30-year old home. It had great bones, but needed to be brought up to our current times. Meridian Homes did an EXCELLENT job with all aspects of our project. They were very accommodating and were able to execute everything we wanted to get done - well and on time. Michael Lerner helped us come up with even better design ideas than we anticipated. They had good subcontractors for everything and were happy to let us use our own when we had certain people we liked. A short list of some of the things they did: -changed all recessed lights in the house to LEDs -Gutted all bathrooms (they are BEAUTIFUL and so much nicer now) -Built a new deck -New doors and hardware throughout the entire house -Painted the whole home -General handyman repairs -New kitchen appliances -New granite tops -Replaced de-laminated glass windows throughout the home -LVT flooring in the basement -Installed a whole-house water filtration system -Fixed fireplaces/chimneys of structural issues and converted to gas -New fireplace surround -Built/installed closet shelving -Hung art, wall mirrors, etc -exterior brick point-up -and more. Meridian Homes coordinated all of this work. They remained on time and within budget and had first-class customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They continue to help out with anything I need at my home. We recently had the good fortune of purchasing a home built by Meridian Homes. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the build, the wonderful design choices, the layout of the home, and especially the service provided by Meridian Homes. Jonathan and his team has been incredibly easy to deal with, extremely personable and friendly, and someone we have truly enjoyed working with throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use them in the future for a future build and have strongly recommended Meridian Homes to all of our friends and family!

Our journey with Meridian Homes started when we began interviewing a handful of local homebuilders prior to even finding a lot on which to build. We found in Meridian Homes a homebuilder with a longstanding and excellent reputation in the market, who offered a very personalized experience, and who cared deeply about the quality of their product. From the outset, we felt at ease with the companys co-founder, Michael Lerner, who spent considerable time with us searching for the right location in which to build. Our search led us to numerous vacant lots and tear-down homes for sale. Michael was very honest in his assessment of each opportunity we brought to him, offering us his opinions on each sites selling points and/or shortcomings. We finally found a tear-down home in a great location, and with Michaels enthusiastic approval, we moved forward with buying it. Having never been through the process of knocking down an existing home and building a new one, we needed guidance. Meridian Homes went out of their way to assist us in closing on the existing home, arranging construction financing, employing a deconstruction firm to capture tax benefits, and selecting an architect. Meridian met jointly with our architect on numerous occasions to make sure our new home had the features and floorplan that we desired, while oftentimes coming up with creative, cost-effective solutions with our architect to keep us within our budget. As the process unfolded, we felt fortunate to have chosen Meridian. They really do put quality of construction first and foremost and were transparent in their recordkeeping at every step of the way. Meridian was also especially helpful in prioritizing the decisions we needed to make at any point in time, which brought us peace of mind in what could have been a stressful endeavor. Following the completion of our new home, Meridian remained very much involved in making sure we were satisfied with the finished product. Seeing how much pride they take in making sure the product exceeds their customers expectations really validated our decision to choose Meridian Homes. We would recommend Meridian to anyone searching for a custom homebuilder. Their service, attention to detail, and passion for building high quality homes are second to none.
