this review rates a 5!. Davis, the owner, his staff and backup driver were outstanding! When i found out brother #1 was moving within less than 5 days , Davis' company was able to advise me on how to ship my great grandfather's painting from that brother's house in Bethesda to my nephew, son of brother #2, in San Francisco. It had to go freight because of the size ( 4'x6') and had to be crated. He reviewed the multiple companies he ships his Ebay stuff with and selected the best and lowest priced one. He was able to accomodate me with the pick up date during the short window while my #1 brother was out of town, so i did not have to bother him during his move, and Davis was had a back up driver, when the address i gave to the first driver was incorrect, to make the pickup on the same day! He also communicated with me on the delivery to ensure that the arrival destination and contact info were correct. We were even able to coordinate payment by a third party, when my nephew's mother offered to pay for it. I have also had very good service in the past with consigning ebay with him.
