Walked in today, 2/20, with a broken iPhone 6 screen. Quoted $189 + tax. When asked if this was a bit expensive, I was told it is because it is an iPhone 6 and that I could save some money by going to a stall/vendor, who would not put genuine apple parts. Walked into Bethesda Apple Store. I was quoted for $129+tax and an estimate of 1.5hrs to pick it up. I went with Apple and yes, they did use Apple genuine parts ;) Still trying to figure out why they wanted to charge $189.. I would not go back.
Updated as of 3/5 - see attached snapshot. All of a sudden a 5 star review from Jennie Wentzel for all of your locations (wow, Jennie has travelled to all of your locations - 20 or so and each one to be excellent!!!) to improve your ratings is looking shady too. A coincident it is out at the same time you guys replied. More reasons to stay away from your business.
