Had an issue at one of their parking garages. It would not read my card and forced me to use another one. When I did it accepted, but charged me a "lost ticket fee" which is equal to an entire day's worth of parking, despite the fact that I had my original ticket that shows I was only parked for an hour. I had to spend hours finding contact info for this issue, and once I finally did I was told I just needed to provide an address for a refund. I did so back in October and have reached back out every week since and can not get a reply.

JBG has reach out to me to address the issues so far. Will update the review as items are fixed. It goes all down hill from there. JBG had in their 1st year warranty to do repair on the door which left the paint chipped and no satisfaction survey after work is considered 'DONE'. They just hired someone off the street to do this kind of work. Window had massive amount of scratches from their window cleaning. Instead of replacing the window pane they send "MAGIC Touch" which is basically buffs the window hoping the scratch disappear. The photo below are what's left after 2 tries and they both gave up. NO Update. The unpatched nail hole is from their washer inlet which had the pipe busting and cause massive amount of water damage. They added additional water monitor system and removed previous water monitor system but without patching any nail or holes. This is my bathroom next to the washer. Moisture will get into the walls! This is what you will expect from their "Craftsmanship". DO NOT BUY THEIR HOUSE. BUYER BYWARE!.

Hi! Happy 2023! To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a noise complaint regarding the excessive and ongoing noise coming from the physical location of the Aventino restaurant during the construction phase. The noise has consistently disrupted my ability to sleep, work, and go about my daily activities. The noise often occurs in the early morning hours, try 04:00 am. It is deafening and disturbing, and I have made several attempts to address the issue with the workers(s) responsible for the noise, but the problem has not been resolved. I am requesting immediate action to address this issue and prevent further disturbance. I would appreciate a response to this letter outlining the steps that will be taken to address the problem. This organization uses shady advertising practices. You can call up about a unit showing available at a certain price, they will then tell you the price increased. If you do not move in within seven days of finding out the price it will increase even more. Clickbait at its best. I'm sure they treat their existing residents as poorly as they treat their prospective residents avoid at all costs.
