If there was an option to have no stars, I would have chosen that option. I was gifted this service from Living Social. My pick up was scheduled for 11am and we were not picked up until after 12 noon. I indicated the amount of people and luggage on my reservation but they showed up with a vehicle that barely accommodated us. If my voucher was not able to accommodate my needs, they should have mentioned this up front. Now it is another hassle to get my refund. Poor communication and dissapointing experience. A Limo service should always be earlier than scheduled and not an hr late.

I scheduled car service with this company more than a month in advance. The night before my ride was scheduled, I called the company to confirm the ride. No one picked up so I left a message. Someone returned my call within a half hour however I was informed that the car service I had scheduled the next day (I was to be picked up at 6:00am for a 9:00am flight) was canceled. The man on the phone with a British accent informed me that his drivers could not get out of the snow. Mind you, the day before it had snowed and the roads were pretty clear. With less than 6 hours to my scheduled ride, I had to scramble to secure another means of transportation to Dulles Airport from Washington, DC. I was unsuccessful and missed my flight. I would NEVER do business with this company again. They are unprofessional and did not even have the courtesy to give me a call or send me an email informing me that my ride was canceled. I understand that inclement weather was involved but that was a whole 24 hours earlier and the weather was clear enough so that my international flight was not canceled. Unfortunately I didn't make it on the flight. I didn't get as much as an apology.
