Brow Art 23 Montgomery mall- Next to Francescas

I got my eyebrows done here last weekend and I like the ladies there because they seem pretty nice. They did a great job; however, my biggest concern was hygiene. Despite it being a clean environment I believe the same brush and scissors are used for everyone which is a very serious concern. I did not see them change the instruments used with the exception of the thread (I never saw a new one brought in or the one they used on me disposed or taken back to clean) . This is quite bothersome for me because, there are several communicable disease out there. Taking precautions to sanitize materials is necessary. This is the only thing preventing me from going back and it is a very big thing. I hope you guys do better if thats the case you cant use the same brush for every customer especially when threading leaves micro bleeding. My sister yelled as she heard the other lady talking to the coworker (My sister is a doctor mind you) saying bleeding, and they were like no theres none; I didnt think anything of it until I got home as I needed to rush for a funeral with my father. Very disappointed because I actually liked their work. How is this not a requirement or safety concern how can you operate a business without considering your clients safety. I am visiting my doctor to have labs drawn, Good forbid anything pops up, I have my payment history and getting the necessary personnel involved. Because this is insane and so scary
