i dont know who are these people with these five star reviews. the bank has practices which is not all kosher. want a loan? how about pay them first to see if you qualify and if you dont you loose all the fees up to 10000. how about do you have preapproval and already investing or buying that house from sandy spring bank? good for nothing. i had one and two nights before settelement they called and i mean they called no letter or explanation that they will not give me the loan. for small timers and mom and pops saving account may be it is the closest bank but for doing business watch out. 9-23-2023 talk to Jessica. the bank practices are desgined to charge people extra fees. realy what is jessica going to do? is this one of those online PR responses for public? if you realy like to fix it start by honoring your loan commitments, dont charge clients extra fees that other banks dont charge ( up to 11,000? insane).
