I have been loyalty client to this bank since 2015 once purchased my commercial building and they are my lender! My first went into the brand in Chevy Chase area: nice and clean!

Could you believe that a local bank would literally abscond with ~$20K from a customer?! Ignore the Eagle Bank fictional Code of Ethics as it's a farce.  It happened & well documented.  They took us through the laborious exercise of underwriting a construction loan, we paid ~$20K in various settlement costs & then Eagle underwriters required our property to be rezoned to commercial, which was an impossible task, even though we gave them our residential building & zoning permits prior to settlement. Radio silence thereafter. Over two years later & they still won't refund my money or communicate. Avoid this lender at all costs as it's a risky proposition & employed by scoundrels.

Eagle Bank spent a lot of money installing a new drive-up window.Formerly, they had a nice glass screen where you could see the teller, talk etc.They have now installed the most difficult to use unfriendly device I have ever seen.You have to open your car door to get at it. Takes a trick of unusual body mechanics to try and open it this device and send or receive documentsMakes me wonder what and who thought this was a better way to enhance the customer's experience with the bank.This bank is failing rapidly
