I wish I could give this place 0 stars but luckily my only visit to this place was to close an account. I entered the branch and was the only customer inside. I stood in front of the teller who after 1-2 minutes finally stops what she's doing to look up and have me approach.As she's typing in her computer she keeps stopping, pulling down her mask, and sipping from her coffee.  Not the I'm-in-a-hurry sip but a let-me-escape-from-reality sip.  She kept drinking her coffee like she was forcing herself to wake up in the morning. About 10-15 minutes pass and now there is someone behind me. I could tell he was getting impatient too so I asked him if he was in a hurry and wanted to go first. The teller said she couldn't take him because my account was pulled up on her computer. After walking away for another 2-3 minutes she finally comes back with paperwork for my closed account. The whole interaction took more than 20 minutes. Without her coffee break it would easily have been 5. Go bank elsewhere folks.
