I tried with this location several times,the customer service and service was horrible.The service rep Walter was always extremely nasty and wasnt pleasant with me at all.It was one gentleman by the name of Danny that would always step in and be of great help.But I switched volvo location,which is so much better,and more customer service friendly.I wouldn't recommend nobody to go to the Butler rd location.

I purchased my vehicle from Ourisman Volvo in Aug 2023 and bought my 30k through 60k services. I took my Volvo to Lindsay Volvo for the 30k service because it was closer to my house. I ended up having an issue with my tire that was Lindsay Volvos fault, however Lindsay Volvo would not fix it. I called Ourisman Volvo and Beaver and Brian went above and beyond to take care of me. It literally an hour away from my house but I will always go to Ourisman Volvo because they understand customer service and how to properly service a vehicle. I was regretting my decision to buy a Volvo but Beaver and Brian restored my faith in my decision! Thank you to those guys and to Ourisman Volvo!

If you are looking for great customer service, I highly recommend you bringing your Volvo to be serviced at this location. I brought my vehicle in to have brakes checked, and Malcolm provided exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and frequently checked in on me to provide status updates. Malcolm, keep up the great work!
