Ive been using this lab, as long as its been there. NEVER had a problem. Ive got great veins, in both arms & have asked, each time, to draw without a tourniquet & without hesitation, its been done as Ive requested.

Told the tech I needed a butterfly needle because Im a hard stick. She proceeded to stick me with a regular size needle wiggling around never hitting the vein. She had to get another tech which tried twice, but finally got a vein on the second try with a butterfly needle. That was the third stick. Left the lab with blood running down my arm. Needless to say I wont be going back until they hire techs that know what they are doing.

I was sent to this lab for a Covid test today for pre op for upcoming surgery. Nurse Debbie. Old white woman with glasses and partially grey hair . This woman needs to be retrained. I am also a medical professional, (MA) She was very reckless giving me this test. She shoved it so far back after I told her I had a deviated septum. I had to literally push her off of me. At this point I felt like I was being assaulted. I have taken this same test several times and no one has done this. Both sides of my nose were bleeding. It felt like she may have ruptured something. I have alerted my ENT of this malpractice and will be seeing him Asap! I would appreciate if someone would contact me about this from Tidal health immediately. My nose is burning so badly rn. This woman does not belong in the lab doing these tests. She was very rude when I tried to explain she was doing this incorrectly and could damage my septum further. Further actions will be taken. I just spoke to another professional who agreed the test was done incorrectly!!!
