Warning Warning warning . These People are the Biggest Fraud in Roofing Business. Dont Choose these liars. SAVE YOUR HOUSE AND MONEY AND YOUR TIME. Bret Frazier, James Kitscha and Jacob. Theyre the biggest liars Who goes to your house and Explains you in details and very Politely to convince. But They Hide so many things in their contracts. I find out From my Friend who have really bad experience with Erie Home. Then I called James to clarify couple things but he stop picking up my calls and stop messaging me. Then I call Jacob who Came first in my house to look. He did the same. Then I call Bret and left him a so many messages but No response. Then I called the corporate office and I ask them very politely and they told me theyre installing the Metal roof on top of my current roof. They said thats what the contact said and there was so many things was not included. But when they gives me the Estimates. They clearly told me all these 3 People from Erie Home to Remove the OLD Roof and if any wood board is damage they will replace 2 free after 2 there will be charge. Also they clearly Told me they gonna Bring Big Dump Truck to Trash the Old roof and clean up the Job after Done. But there contract was saying something totally different. When I told them to correct them they start Blaming on Their Higher Boss. Please Read There Review and Show your Contract to 3rd Party Because we dont know the roof language they use in their contract.

We purchased a metal roof that looks like asphalt shingles and new gutters. They explained the whole process and really took care of the roof leak issues we had. The installation was completed in 2 days and the crew was very friendly and capable. The roof is supposed to last 100 years so hopefully this is our last roof install. Thank you for the help.

Literally worse than a timeshare presentation. It took an hour and a half of sitting through a presentation to get a price out of them - it wouldve taken much longer if I didnt push for a price. They quoted us $23K for our tiny townhouse roof, which I said was absolutely outrageous. They then brought it down to $17K with the caveat of us agreeing not to disclose the price to neighbors so that they could be up charged. These guys are absolute snakes. They prey on those who dont know any better. We called a local roofing company and are looking at $6K instead. Thank god.

They were very fast and professional. Despite the bone chilling temperatures they started and finished the roof in one day, and it looks great!
