        I love the franchise, so I wanted to order at one nearby after not having eaten it for months. It was a woman who picked up when I called in around 10 pm on 3/14. I wanted to order online but was having trouble with the process, so I called in, but she kept brushing me off, telling me to order on the app. When I asked for further direction on what to do, she just hung up on me. She clearly hates her job or something cause she sounded so tired and clearly didn't want to be there from her actions. So I didn't get to order that day. I managed to order a week later online, and the food was great, but the service can definitely use some work.

        The delivery guy rang my bell once and threw my pizza on the floor and left. I had to go pick up my food and almost had an argument with the so-called new owner.
