I havent tried the food yet. But the customer service here is trash. Although I was trained to immediately, she tossed the bag at me with no care and said nothing else after confirming my last name. I dont know her name just that she has braces, light skin, hair in an upwards bun and air pod in ear. Truly disappointing.

So one thing I cant stand is not great customer service. My issue is why would you take my order over the phone while I am taking my lunch break which I do not have a lot of time during my lunch break which is only 30 minutes. I called before so my order could be finish by time I picked it up, they said it would be 20 minutes so I waited until 20 minutes past by to leave my job and go pick it up. When I got to location I had found out that they did even start on my order because the new guy forgot to hit a button to send it back to the cook. So that means I had to wait another 15 minutes due to the lack of training of a new employee that probably shouldn't be answering the phones in the first place until properly trained. Then they made me another batch which took 15 minutes and the same new guy gave the wrong food order to someone else which was mines. So he messed up my order twice less than 1 hour which now im pissed off because its not hard to work in the food industry you just have to good memory or they could put him in the back to make food or shadow someone so he can be trained properly. Which now for the 3rd mistake I have to wait another 20 minutes to get another batch of food which once when I got was not satisfied with the customer service and they didn't try to do anything for my inconvenience on their behalf so now they have definitely lost a customer. RICK ROSS YOU NEED TO STOP HIRING YOUNG PEOPLE WHO CANT BE ORGANIZED OR KEEP UP WITH THE WORK OR GIVE JUST SIMPLE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. this location is definitely a NO for me !!!!!

Clean restaurant. The young lady w/cornrows cooks her wings perfectly & allows drain time. Have her maintain the cook area & you should have no more issues with your food. The guy in the back with the extremely dirty pants should be nowhere near food. Dress code is important! Move trash cans to the back area before lifting bags to remove trash; should not be done in any area where food is cooked, period.
