Samantha Villalta the Assistant Property Manager is the most Wonderful and Best person to take care of Tenants on the property, She listens and knows how to take good care of everyone, I recommend her as the Best and her Services are Top-Notch and very Professional, You can tell She enjoys what she does and she has the best Interest for The Mark at Brickyard.

I want to give 0 star. I never got a refund for the application fee $285. they did not notify me that I would need to pay the deposit in advance. No flexible, terrible service, no care about the new tenant!

We pay all this money to live here for what? We have quarterly inspections but immediately after, I notice lightbulbs that need to be replaced and water filter. My AC unit hasnt worked since November. Plus the heat rises to temperatures higher than intended on the thermostat. Then you have a maintenance guy outside smoking weed with nonemployees in the parking lot, questioning me about why I need to cool off my unit. He recommends I just open a window as if we don't pay almost $3000 a month to stay here.Preposterous! How about having to pay $500-$800 to rent an alleged resident lounge? Or better yet for packages to be stolen? How about a pool that closes at 7 pm in the summer? Animals peeing and pooping in stairways and common areas? How about spending rent in tows since moving here? I can go on forever. I'm so fed up with y'all it doesn't make sense.
