Car Angel Roadside Assistance and Towing

Called to tow... they subed (or they are part of) the towing to Parkville Towing who towed my jeep the wrong way and ruined my transmission. While it was obvious what they did, the have not paid for one thing. While my insurance covered it and tried to get them to pay and have clearly determined Parkville Towing caused the damage, they have not paid. I strongly suggest you never use Car Angel or Parkville Towing. Service: Car towing

They took over 2 hours to pick me and my young child up and it was freezing cold outside and I had to keep calling them to see where they were they never communicated to tell me why they were running so late they lied and told me that they were going to charge a additional 250$ then told my boss which was paying that she needed to pay a additional 1000 thousand dollars to get my car out needless to say they didnt do anything and didnt refund the other 275$ it cost to get them to come out . If you want to get ripped off these are your guys. WORSE TOW COMPANY EVER!!!!! Service: Car towing

Ruthless people here, . ETA given was an hour. 2 and a half later I called to cancel and was told they'd be disputing it if I tried to cancel.

I REALLY hope it doesn't happen again, but if I ever again find myself in a disabled vehicle on a lonely country road in 40 degree weather, I will be calling Car Angel to help me. They came when they said they would, and their calm help and advice on the phone was beyond the call of duty. They kept in touch to let me know what had gone on, and that my car had reached its destination. I highly recommend these folks.
