      image We had our Maryland State and Federal Taxes prepared at the Brierhill H&R Block office. The people who assisted us though this were professional, friendly and explained everything that was being done and advised us on tips for next year's taxes. We intend to continue to use H&R Block.

      image Waited half an hour for my appointment. When I finally got to the person, I was constantly having to correct what she was typing in. Then, the lady was saying my entire social security number out loud while she was typing it in. I had to tell her to say it quietly. Completely unprofessional, not confidential, and incompetent.
