I was told to call in Feb to schedule my appointment I was told by the gal not until the 1st week of April so I call get a recording that I have to wait 48 hours for them to call back now it's the mid 2 week no call still . Left a message again that I needed to schedule my breathing appointment for June . What is going on !

I am a patient at this office and have been trying to have my doctor review a CT scan for over a week now. Not only are you unable to get through to a live person, but they do not return calls. I would highly suggest finding a different pulmonologist office.

Sorry to say nothing has improved. Three weeks ago I called for an appointment and the rson who answered the phone sad they had to call me back, WHAT? I am on the phone you answered lets get it done. 3 weeks later no call back so i called again same person answers, this time they are going to set up an appointment but when i said I wanted telemed I got the same answer, I'll call you back. I mentioned the 3 week wait so far and that ended the conversation. Pretty sure I will get no call back. Time ti look elsewhere.
