Public Storage

This is by far the best experience Ive ever had at a storage unit. Teara was super nice, bubbly and funny. She helped me with my unit and was a huge help in this time of need. If yall want a good storage spot to go to , public storage in emmorton is the place ! I will be back definitely if I ever need a storage again.

The public storage at a glance is nothing spectacular. Yes it's clean, well maintained and secure. But what you don't see is the exceptional customer service provided by Mary. This alone garners five stars. Her never ending quest to ensure customer satisfaction is rare.

I've seen droppings when they were fixing some concrete and smashing up some old stuff it broke some glass. That was frustrating- then the entire messing up my account multiple times running up late fee or the immediate increase they warn everyone about. Be warned this place kind of blows.
