I had read a review where one girl said the moment they saw she was black all email responses stopped , even after i saw this review i gave it a try and to no surprise I have not received a response to my email since i saw house which is still showing available. My screening report shows i met credit score requirements and my income was more than enough . After i was shown the 1 house and 1 apartment (saw them same day) i put in an application same evening. I was even told by Stephanie that application could be transferred to another apartment . a waste of 45$ down the drain . If you are black or hispanic sad to say but do not waste your time or money they will stop responding and not show you anymore apartments . I am making complaints to the state of MD regarding discrimination practices by MH properties. They cant say other wise because i have email proof responses stopped after i asked to see another apartment , not even an acknowledgment apartment i wanted to see had become unavailable .

I live in the Pine Ridge at Crestwood community in Whiting NJ Come this fall it will be three 3 years since we have been able to use our lodge. I was told it won't be ready until next year. That's three and a half years without our lodge. THIS IS REDICULOUS!!! We pay for this service.
