All of the trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Alli, Cary and Adam are motivational, encouraging and tough at the same time. You just can't get this kind of workout anywhere else!

Xfit is so friendly and I have finally lost those the last 10 lbs I've been stuck with after loosing 30 lbs! I have been given so much support and it is truly a family environment!

I have been going to Xfit for 2 years now and can't imagine training anywhere else. The classes got me into the best shape i've ever been in and I'm constantly challenged. No two days are the same so you never get bored and you never know what to expect, and i love that! Alli, Adam and Cary are amazing trainers and pay close attention to your form and won't hesitate to push you when you need that extra boost. I've also made some great friends while going here and that makes it even more fun. Everyone was friendly and supportive from day 1 and it makes you look forward to your workout. I highly recommend Xfit Studio.

The gym will help you get into shape, but only if you can get past the 'mean girls' (Ali the owner) and the drama that takes center stage here. The owner is too busy being 'friends' with everyone and forgets that they are clients. She will not hesitate to send nasty emails or text messages with an overtone of high school girls fighting. This is supposed to be a professional environment, but it feels more like a sorority with the drama that goes on here.
