Simply put Bob is a first-time home buyers dream come true! When I was introduced to Bob, I had been working with one of the big lenders for almost a year. It was an adequate relationship, but it was always clear I was a little fish in the proverbial big pond. The entire time I felt overwhelmed and under informed, just hoping everything would work out. I never felt in command of the processuntil my realtor introduced to me to Bob. The difference between Bob and the Big Lender was like night and day. Bob proactively invested significant time thoroughly educating me on each step of the home buying process and my options, sparing no detail and answering every question in a simplified manner that quickly eleviated a years long stress. It was very clear from the start I was not only in expert hands but trustworthy hands. Every question I hadand I had a zillionwas answered with a a phone call. Bob regularly checked-in to see how I was doing. I had heard so many horror stories about the home buying process, I was worried the process was going to well, fully expecting things to fall apart, but I ended up at the closing table ahead of schedule, and all credit is due to Bob. Bob is by far the most knowledgeable mortgage loan originator that I've come across. He kept me well informed throughout the loan process. He was able to provide knowledge I didn't even know I needed, haha. Bob is super through and genuinely wants to help his clients. If you're looking for a loan originator, look no further!!
