The guys at the counter should go work somewhere that then can be as miserable as they the guy chop my cookie into three pieces when it should have been like 20 pieces and the ice cream was over priced and melted as soon as they served it because its not properly stored

They were serving soupy extremely soft ice cream. Several flavors were not fit to be served and while it looked solid in the display, the one I ordered melted even more on the counter immediately upon mixing. It was only 75 outside today, the building was cool enough and air conditioned, clearly the freezers were not working. Definitely not the Cold Stone experience I have ever had in the past at any other location, even at the beach in the middle of August.

Went in for a milkshake waited in line for them to just say they are out of milk . 3/17/2023 how does a place like this run out of milk or maybe they did not want the trouble of making a milkshake because they were busy . Maybe next time put a sign up at the door saying you can't make a third of your menu .
