I have been a member for over 34 years and continue to not only be satisfied with the service but amazed by the personal attention provided by the staff. I recently had an issue with a credit card issued from another bank. Two employees, Terry Snee and Darlene Henson, spent almost three hours with me to help rectify the situation.
