The best Maintenance Team. Put in a repair request for my disposal not working on Sunday night. When I returned from dialysis Monday afternoon there was a notice stating my disposal was replaced. Always timely actions. Extremely helpful and friendly. Tony does an excellent job supervising his team. They go beyond expectations. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. It shows. It's not just a job but a career for you.

We have been living here for over 3 years and we are very pleased with our experience. The office team and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and responsive. The 24-hour gym and business center are also great amenities that we enjoy.

We moved here from a large home almost 4 years ago and have really enjoyed living here. The office personnel are always friendly, attentive and handle our requests promptly. The maintenance staff are truly the best! They go above and Beyond to make sure any issue is handled the best way. We want to say Thank you for making our stay here feel like home.

Moved to the Park at Winters Run back in July. Hands down the best apartment Ive lived in to date. The team is very accessible and good at communicating updates about the property and keeping residents aware of any changes (weather, holidays, trash service). I placed two maintenance requests yesterday and within 2 hours the issues were resolved. Theyve recently installed Amazon lockers as well as replaced the carpets in entry ways to help revamp a bit. I feel very safe and at home within our community. Thank you to the team for making this such a great place to live!

My experience at The Park at Winters Run has been great, been here for 2 years. Management and maintenance has been very responsive and always willing to accommodate. The up keep of the property is prompt, they do their best to keep everything looking good and clean. Probably one of the best apt complexes in the area. Other than things that are out of managements hands like irresponsible dog owners (in which dog waste stations are literally everywhere) and at times limited parking it has been a pleasant experience.
