Just had a meal here i was very doubtful because there was no customer at all and this is doing lunch time. I was really in the mood for Boston Market. The food has changed customer service good but my food was cold and the taste was not so good and some of the food in the display did not look good the mac and cheese looked dry. talking to some of there staff they said they are short staff . I believe that upper management have to get these guys some help move folk around store to store. come out the office and give them a hand.

First time we have eaten one in years. It was very clean, except for ladies room. Not sure if the cornbread was supposed to be served cold but we prefer ours warm. The food tasted great.

Boston market is back open and has a new manager running it the way its supposed to be ran. Dining room is open and food was delicious. Update on 8/17/21 lobby still closed. Drive thru only. Lost more business. This used to be a good place to dine. They opened up dine in and then closed it again. Everyday for at least a month now. Drive thru only. And this was before Covid kicked back up. Sad because Im sure a good bit of customers are lost. My family has not eaten there since lobby has been closed.

Dirty dining room. The manager didn't wash his hands, after returning from smoking in his car. We ordered $135 worth of food for Christmas Eve, and we were given a lot of unnecessary hassle by the same manager. In short, he wanted to rush us into purchasing catering items that we didn't want or need. Notwithstanding, they're the only Boston Market in town, so we'll probably/reluctantly visit them again (if people in our party insist on having Boston Market).
