Vita Nova Wellness Clinic

A genuinely great and comforting place for IV drips/infusions. So far it has been life changing for me in improving my pain. The staff are awesome and professional. I don't usually journal, but love my Vita journal. I am glad that I have a place in the city to go for self care and healing. As I continue to visit, I will add to my review.

I recently visited Vita Nova Wellness Clinic in Baltimore and had a delightful experience, thanks to the exceptional staff - Yvonne and Leslie. Their commitment to their profession and genuine concern for clients are truly impressive.

The people at Vita Nova are just terrific. I get the 4-hour ketamine infusions for pain management; in the past, when I've gone to a new ketamine clinic for the first time, the unfamiliarity sometimes really derailed the whole session. Well, the staff at Vita Nova somehow found a way, just by being themselves, to make the whole experience run smoothly. They are very attentive, and I have NEVER felt so calm and UN-disoriented after my first session at a new clinic. A much-deserved THANK YOU for all that you folks do. Well done! David Erickson PS - I have had countless IVs for a variety of reasons in my life, and Leslie deserves the highest marks for how expertly he inserted the IV - I've had two sessions with them, and both times I barely felt a thing when Leslie slid in the IV. It has also been a pleasure to interact with Yvonne at the front desk - as the first person a client will see upon walking into the facility, she has a knack for putting people at ease (for example, Yvonne lightens up my OWN mood when I enter Vita Nova. She is also diligent about following up with clients and does what she says she is going to do (for example, if you had an infusion, she will likely tell you that she will "call you tmrw" to check in on after you've had your infusion ... well, she absolutely makes those calls and does what she says she'll do. Finally, Dr. Joshi - I liked him the first time I met him. Unlike other clinics I've been to in the past, he was very methodical about figuring out the correct dosage, going as far as calling previous providers so that another medical professional could confirm or clarify the dosages I told him I had been given.
