I gave them an 2 ; even though they prepared my 2029 tax return; but I wasnt able to get anyone on the phone to get my 2021 taxes done and even leaving messages to ask for an appointment; so now I got to wait until 2023 and try again; because I cant afford to pay to get my taxes done

Next time I'll use Turbo Tax, just wanted to save money. Why have an appointment and need to be there for two hours. Being condensing, with a Karen attitude and disrespectful at their age no less. I'm talking about the ones at the central library upstairs. I been doing my taxes and others for years and they was giving out false information. Telling me I MUST FILE this year , it's the law. False!!!Never again, some black women just don't know professionalism. No matter their age. Hiring better staff please

How dare you reply to make the organization look good and block me from replying. I know it is a non profit organization in which over the years I've used 3 times. I have also made this one of my charitable organizations with a donation no less than $100 on each occasion. But to disrespect my wishes "YESTERDAY" Tuesday April 12,2022 when your employee Rob phoned me I was respectful and asked if you received a letter he said no. He wanted to know what was in the letter, I feel if your agency have a contract for a non profit and ppl are getting paid you should all be on the same page and know what is going on. I don't understand why they did not contact you first. I told your employee I choose not to discuss it with you and let IRS handle it. But you disregarded my request and took it in your hands to ask again. T

Please please be very careful in using this agency. I have been using them off and on for 25 years. Recently my status changed I make more money and have no dependants. Today I recieved a letter from IRS stating there was an error with the ammount. I paid state 2 weeks ago certified mail (people please spend $3.00 to send certified IRS make a lot of mostakes too i paid twice in one year due to their overlook...#pandemicprofessionalslackers)Please ask them to double check it. They say you see 3 people to confirm...i hope the receptionist is not in included in the three I saw 2 and the manager did mine. Now I'm paying the additional that they over looked!! Ask questions they don't offer any help. This is the last year for me...thank God for Tax savings.
