Very unprofessional no communication they messed up my stuff I asked for direct deposit everything , gave them my account number ect they still failed to file correctly and get everything correct even after providing them with all the info direct deposit ect now Im being put through the ringer to get my money back . Very unprofessional not helpful would not recommend to any one. just file on turbo tax or something bc this is not it . Then Alice and her employees dont care about the customers dont care that they made any mistakes on their end and highly inconsiderate and incompetent 0/10 stars all around the board. Literally just do it yourself and or file else where its not worth it.

My brother Derrick who has passed introduced me to Ms Alice, he has always hooked me up with the best people. This is no exception. She is awesome and has been doing my taxes 10 yrs. I only see her. Never had any issues or concerns. Thank u maam!!! :)

I don't recomment steve or stephen beck. he is so crasy he made too much mistake in my tax filling this year. don't go there please. he didn't answer on phone not in office and can't reach him. i just call him one time and he told me he knew he did mistakes in my filling. please don't go there.
