Dolphin University Swim School - Baltimore

PARENTS BEWARE!! DO NOT ENROLL. I enrolled my child back in July. The first session was great and we were excited to bring her to class. After that it went downhill. They cancelled two classes and promised "credits" to the account for future lessons, but those credits never appeared. They finally had another session which again was great, until they said the next scheduled session was postponed and they'd reach out to reschedule us. They never reached out at all. I called and emailed them multiple times to reschedule the classes that they cancelled but they were unresponsive. They finally reached out to me 3 months later to enroll me in a new session. I agreed to it but they never sent confirmation and it never showed up under our account. Since then they have completely ghosted me and will not return calls or emails. Save your money and your time.

BEWARE!!!! This employer is know to scam employees, customers and businesses out of thousands of dollars! I have known multiple employees personally including myself that didnt get paid for months! Dealt with constant complaints from parents about how the makeup system is a scam and how they could never get in contact with the office. People are poorly trained because the owner is incompetent lets see how long before he claims bankruptcy again and hides with everyones money!

We've had a great experience at Dolphin U - the teacher was well skilled, the staff were accommodating to the toddler and we love going weekly. We started in their summer program and have been swimming since June. Now at their indoor school inBCPS the water is warm and inviting. Kudos to this Black-owned HBCU alumni business!
