    Love Holabird Sports and the amazing customer service they always provide. Louie, in customer service, always goes above and beyond to ensure youre always satisfied with your purchase and is always a pleasure to deal. Having a collegiate athlete, its not always easy picking the right running shoes. Louie makes my shopping experience effortless!     This place is an institution I am sure, so they probably don't care about reviews. That said, my experience will have me finding another place for shoes. The salespeople were curt, and I had the impression only going through the motions until closing time. After waiting 20 minutes, (they were busy so I waited patiently)I finally had to ask for help and reluctantly the first person, Kim came over and while helpful, had to leave for lunch. She sent Kelly over who literally said to me when I chose a shoe that she didn't pick, " Fine, it's up to you" and then, while walking away from me, over her shoulder said, "Make sure you wear them inside first because once you play in them, you can't return them". Being understaffed is not the fault of the customer. I traveled far to come here and expected a better shopping experience. UPDATE: I was contacted by the management about my previous review and was offered the opportunity to come in again. When I arrived, I was helped by George who went above and beyond to ensure I had a proper fitting shoe. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I both left with shoes and are extremely pleased with our purchases. We love to patronize small and single-owned businesses vs. large corporate stores so thank you for making this right. Changing my review form two to five stars!
