I use to purchase new releases from here but at this point there is absolutely no purpose, historically you go in get a ticket 2 - 3 days before the release date then come back on the release date and get your shoes. Now you go in get a ticket, hope they call you instead of their friends and pray you get the sneakers. Might as well roll the dice on Nike website. At this point I honestly much rather pay the up charge on GOAT then to deal with the foolishness. Sneakers should be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE not pick a ticket and pray. Smh.

Couldn't buy shoes here, Lady called me a reseller, and won't sell me a pair of shoes. Outrageous, went next door to Jimmy jazz and bought the same shoe there without any issues. Terrible sales ethics. Part of me thinks I'm Hispanic and she thinks I'm there to flip the shoes, even though I want to try them on first but I couldn't even get to that step.

There's an employee there that sells to only people she knows and said no to me when I wanted to purchase a sneaker that was on the wall in the size I asked for. instantly told me they didn't have that size, until I told her I'm literally holding the size I need in my hand right now. Really has issues, and talks to other employees to not sell to me, like it doesn't make sense, since I'm buying 1 pair of shoes getting so much instigation for no reason. Employee name: Dedra
